DeAngelo Hall a Redskin!

Former Hokie DeAngelo Hall is now the newest member of the Washington Redskins. Part of Hall's contract stipulation is the fact that the Redskins can not franchise tag him at the end of the year. Hall has signed a 1 year deal and will be an unrestricted Free Agent in 2009.
